I''m currently working with a well-established, employee-owned engineering consultancy in Pennsylvania that is looking to add a Mid-Level Highway Engineer to its growing transportation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PE-qualified Highway Engineer who enjoys leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and working on major PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike schemes.

You''ll take a leading role in the delivery of highway design projects, providing technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle and working closely with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

• Highway design and project delivery
• Production and review of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E)
• Final review and sealing of PennDOT packages
• Providing technical guidance and design oversight
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients

To be considered, you should have:

• 4-8 years'' highway engineering experience
• Strong experience delivering PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike projects
• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
• Professional Engineer (PE) licence in Pennsylvania
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative approach and strong technical capability
