They will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, managing project resources, and supporting multidisciplinary project delivery across the business.Key Responsibilities Deliver highway design projects within programme and budget. Manage team resources and prioritise workloads effectively. Support projects across multiple offices and engineering disciplines. Produce, review, and approve highway designs and technical reports.
