Highways Coordinator

Streetworks Coordinator required to join an established and busy team. Base salary is between -25,000 - -32,000 per annum. Hours of work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm and 8:30am - 5:30pm on a rota basis, with one weekend to be work a month, paid at time and a half.

Duties:

• Streetworks Coordinator will ensure the closure of permits within a 2hr window
• Responsible for permit extensions
• Ensure streetworks completed with minimal disruption to public
• Maintaining accurate records
• Consulting local authorities
• Awareness of environmental and sustainability compliance
• Registration of all jobs, ensuring outstanding works are recorded and monitored
• Report and monitor of defect inspections
• Liability reporting and actioning, run reports
• Ensure all SLAs are met

Experience required:

• Previous streetworks, highways, utilities experience is essential
• NRSWA experience desirable
• Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remaining calm under pressure
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
