      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;32.95/hour | Type: Contract | Highways Communications Officer    Manchester    £32.95ph – Hybrid (3 days in the office)     Duties:     Develop and deliver communication plans for resurfacing programmes  Coordination with the Planned Maintenance team   Work closely with   Team Leader  Engineers  Clerk of Works  Permit Officer  Contractors  Asset Team   Gather accurate, up-to-date information on:   Programmes  Phasing and sequencing of works  Material/product selection and the scenarios of when they are chosen  Risks and delays    Stakeholder Engagement   Coordinate communication with key stakeholders:   Local councillors and MPs  TfGM Bus Team  Emergency services  Businesses and schools  Public transport operators   Provide advance briefings so stakeholders can prepare and respond to enquiries.
