Highways and Planning Lawyer needed in Reigate Paying £55 per hr ref 134804Full time hours on a temporary basisKey ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice on planning, highways, and related local government matters.Draft, negotiate, and complete a range of legal agreements, including:Section 106 AgreementsSection 38 and Section 278 AgreementsHighway dedication and stopping-up ordersInfrastructure and development agreementsAdvise on planning applications, appeals, enforcement actions, and judicial review matters.Represent the organisation in negotiations, meetings, tribunals, and court proceedings where required.Support regeneration, housing, and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.Manage a varied caseload independently while delivering excellent client service.Assist in developing legal policies, procedures, and best practice guidance.If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to quoting the reference number.
