The organisation has a strong reputation for safety, innovation and delivering critical national infrastructure programmes.Your new roleIn your new role as a Site Supervisor, you will play a key part in delivering security and digital infrastructure projects, supporting site operations and ensuring high standards of safety, quality and performance.You will:Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to specificationSupport the Project Manager and Site Manager in coordinating subcontractors and site teamsMaintain accurate site records including diaries, permits and quality documentationLead inductions, toolbox talks and site safety briefingsEnsure RAMS, COSHH assessments and permits are in place and adhered toAssist with planning, programming and overall project deliveryMonitor quality standards and ensure compliance with technical drawings and specificationsContribute to site meetings and wider project communicationSupport site setup and pre-construction activitiesPromote a positive, safe and inclusive working environmentWhat you''ll need to succeedHave experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction or civil engineeringDemonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety on siteBe confident managing subcontractors and site ..... full job details .....
