Assisting with the collection, assessment and imparting of information essential to a successful scheme preparation and implementation process, including liaison with individuals, organisations, planning and legal professionals, contractors and developers external to the client. Checking design work produced by the design team, junior members of staff, external consultants or developers, including work undertaken as part of Section 38 and Section 278 agreements.
