Highway Engineer Location: Hampshire Contract: 6 months Rate: £40 - £42 per hour Hours: Full timeAre you an experienced Highway Engineer looking for your next challenge?Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join them on an ongoing contract basis.Key Responsibilities Preparing or assisting in the preparation of technical design and contract documents to ensure the implementation of highway and civil engineering projects and improvements within published programmes and budgets. Assisting with the collection, assessment and imparting of information essential to a successful scheme preparation and implementation process, including liaison with individuals, organisations, planning and legal professionals, contractors and developers external to the client. Checking design work produced by the design team, junior members of staff, external consultants or developers, including work undertaken as part of Section 38 and Section 278 agreements.
