This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs. The Role As a HLTA, you will:    Support teaching and learning across the school, working with pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).    Lead small group interventions and occasionally cover lessons under the direction of teaching staff.    Assist with the planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities.
