Higher Level Teaching Assistant

The Role: Key Responsibilities: Delivering tailored support to pupils with varying SEN in both one-to-one and small group settings Assisting with personal care and mobility needs, including the use of hoists, under the supervision of trained staff Developing positive, trusting relationships with students to enhance their emotional well-being and academic engagement Responding flexibly and empathetically to changes in behaviour or routine Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences that promote student progress and independence About the School This is a well-established and highly regarded specialist SEN school that provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children and young people aged 4 19.
