Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident, motivated and compassionate HLTA to join a friendly staff team at a primary school in Greenwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading learning, supporting teachers and helping pupils achieve their potential.

The role

As an HLTA, you will play an important part in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging activities, provide targeted interventions and help create a positive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading learning activities across the school, including whole-class cover when required.

* Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment.

* Delivering targeted interventions to help pupils progress.

* Working with children of varying abilities, including those with SEN.

* Contributing to a positive learning environment.

* Supporting the wider school team and maintaining high standards of pupil care.

What we are looking for

* HLTA status or relevant experience in a higher-level teaching assistant role.

* Strong classroom management and communication skills.

* Confidence leading groups and delivering learning activities.

* A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning.

* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* A reliable and positive approach to education.
