This full-time, long-term role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people succeed both academically and personally.About the Role:As a HLTA, you will:Deliver small-group or one-to-one interventions across subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.Plan and lead learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff.Provide targeted support to students, including those with additional learning needs (SEN, EAL, or low prior attainment).Support class teachers in managing behaviour, engagement, and learning outcomes.Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences and provide cover when needed.Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to staff.What We''re Looking For:HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level in a secondary school.A strong understanding of how to support learners of different abilities.Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.Confident classroom ..... full job details .....
