This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting learning, delivering small-group interventions and helping students make strong progress. As an HLTA , you will: Deliver planned learning activities to individuals, small groups and occasionally whole classes. Support teachers with planning, preparation and assessment. Provide targeted intervention support to pupils who need additional help. Promote positive behaviour, engagement and confidence in the classroom. The ideal candidate will: Hold HLTA status or have strong equivalent classroom support experience. Have experience working in a secondary school or similar setting.
