This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HLTA status who is ready to take on increased responsibility, including lesson delivery, small-group teaching and supporting teaching staff across the school.Role Overview:As a secondary HLTA, you will play a key role in delivering planned lessons, leading targeted intervention groups and providing high-level classroom support. You may also cover classes in the teacher''s absence, making this a great stepping stone toward future teaching training.Key Responsibilities:Deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 students using pre-prepared plansLead subject-specific or skill-based interventionsSupport teachers with planning, differentiation and assessmentWork 1:1 with students who require additional academic or emotional supportProvide support across core subjects (English, Maths Science) and/or your specialismTake responsibility for small-group or whole-class teachingUse data to track pupil progress and adapt support accordinglyEssential Requirements:HLTA qualification or equivalentStrong experience in a secondary school environmentConfident delivering lessons and leading whole-class learningExcellent communication, organisation and behaviour managementPassionate about raising attainment and supporting young peopleHow to ..... full job details .....
