Day to day, you will: Planning, preparing and delivering engaging learning activities, both to the whole class and to small groups or individuals needing targeted support. Monitoring, assessing and recording pupils' progress and development. Leading the classroom in the Teacher's absence, keeping learning consistent and on track. Supporting effective classroom management alongside the Class Teacher. Working with Teachers to design and deliver individualised plans for pupils with special educational needs.
