Higher Level Teaching Assistant£21,801 per annum (FTE £29,111); Paid for working 44.5 weeks per yearThe RoleWorking closely alongside our Teachers, you''ll help pupils become confident, independent learners who stay focused and engaged.Day to day, you will:Planning, preparing and delivering engaging learning activities, both to the whole class and to small groups or individuals needing targeted support.Monitoring, assessing and recording pupils'' progress and development.Leading the classroom in the Teacher''s absence, keeping learning consistent and on track.Supporting effective classroom management alongside the Class Teacher.Working with Teachers to design and deliver individualised plans for pupils with special educational needs.Above all, you''ll help create a classroom where every child feels included, supported, and able to succeed.About YouYou''re passionate about education and driven to help every child reach their full potential.
