The provision caters for students who require additional behavioural, social, emotional and academic support, providing a nurturing and structured environment where every learner is encouraged to succeed.The Role:As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom. Working closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team, you will help deliver engaging learning activities, lead small group interventions, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key responsibilities include:Delivering planned learning activities to individuals, small groups and whole classes when required.Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs.Building positive and professional relationships with pupils to promote engagement and progress.Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, assessment and classroom management.Implementing behaviour support strategies and promoting positive outcomes.Working collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, families ..... full job details .....
