Position Details:

• Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Your Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across year groups
• Assist with planning and lead learning activities where required
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Help monitor and track pupil progress, offering constructive feedback
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance learning opportunities

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• HLTA qualification (required)
• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar classroom-based role
• A genuine commitment to supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
