Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HLTA to work in an Ofsted rated andldquo;Goodandrdquo; school with a fantastic reputation for inclusion. It would be an advantage if you had experience with SATS and interventions for SPAG, Maths, Reading and Writing.
You will be supporting Year 6 students to close any gaps they may have and grow their self-belief and self-esteem with a personalised approach to their interventions and teaching.andnbsp; andnbsp;Alongside this, you will also provide general classroom assistance, working collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This is a rewarding role where patience, empathy, and strong communication skills will make a real difference to children in their last year of Primary School.
What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing
- Supporting SATs interventions for Year 6 students
- Providing 1:1 or small group support where required.
- Assisting teaching staff with adapting learning resources to suit individual needs.
- Encouraging students to build independence, confidence, and resilience.
- Supporting the smooth running of the classroom and fostering a positive learning environment.
