Salary: andpound;120-andpound;150 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, to recruit a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role starting September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, stepping in to deliver lessons and provide high-quality support in the absence of the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on the school''s needs

  
  



• 
  

  Support individual pupils and small groups to access the curriculum effectively

  
  



• 
  

  Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to adapt and differentiate learning where needed

  
  



• 
  

  Promote positive behaviour and provide a nurturing, structured environment

  
  



• 
  

  Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space for all pupils

  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 
  

  HLTA qualification (or equivalent significant classroom-based experience)

  
  



• 
  

  Proven track record of working in a primary school setting

  
  



• 
  

  Confident with classroom management and flexible in approach

  
  



• 
  

  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  
  



•
