Supply Desk is currently seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a fantastic full-time role within a large, welcoming and Ofsted andldquo;Goodandrdquo; rated school.
This role is perfect for an HLTA whoandrsquo;s comfortable stepping in to lead a class when needed, with additional support from LSAs. You''ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of learning, behaviour, and engagement across the school.
About the Role:
- Provide whole-class cover during teacher absences using pre-prepared plans
- Work across all primary year groups as needed
- Collaborate with LSAs to ensure all pupils are supported and engaged
- Deliver interventions and small group support where required
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
- Opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate

££ Holds a Level 3 CACHE qualification or HLTA status
££ Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
££ Is confident delivering lessons and following plans
££ Is experienced working across the primary age range
