Role Overview:

• Location: Bushey, Hertfordshire
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Contract: Full-time, temp to perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons across multiple key stages
• Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans to meet individual needs
• Provide targeted one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help
• Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
• Contribute to lesson planning and classroom activities
• Monitor pupil progress and give constructive feedback to promote growth

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Previous HLTA experience or a similar educational support role (preferred)
• A genuine commitment to helping children succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• A proactive, adaptable team player with a flexible approach
