• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Contract Type: Full-Time, temp to perm

Your Role:

As an HLTA, you''ll play a key role in supporting students and teachers across all key stages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering support in classrooms across different age groups
• Assisting teachers in delivering personalised and inclusive learning
• Providing targeted one-to-one and small group interventions
• Helping to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons
• Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and development
• Contributing to a positive, respectful and inclusive school culture

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an HLTA or similar role is desirable
• A genuine passion for education and student development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work proactively as part of a team
• Organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to different situations
