The Role at a Glance
Provide high-quality teaching support, working closely with teachers to enhance learning outcomes and maintain an engaging classroom environment.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing
andbull; Supporting the delivery of lessons and learning activities
andbull; Working with small groups or individual pupils to boost progress
andbull; Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
andbull; Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and resources
andbull; Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers
andbull; Covering classes when needed under teacher supervision

Who Weandrsquo;re Looking For
andbull; HLTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
andbull; Experience supporting learning across primary year groups
andbull; Proactive, organised, and flexible
andbull; Strong communication and behaviour management skills
andbull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
