This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs both 1:1 and in small group settings, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. The Additional Resourced Unit supports students to learn regulatory skills and access learning in a supportive environment in order to reintroduce them to the mainstream classrooms.
