A well-regarded primary school in Burnham is seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from January. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual to support teaching and learning across the school, contributing to pupil progress and classroom excellence.

The school offers a supportive and inclusive environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional development, and pupil wellbeing. As an HLTA, youandrsquo;ll play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting teachers in raising attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group and 1:1 intervention to support pupil learning across key stages
• Assist in planning and delivering lessons in collaboration with teaching staff
• Provide classroom cover when required, ensuring continuity of learning
• Support the implementation of individual learning plans and differentiated activities
• Promote a positive and structured learning environment
• Contribute to assessment and progress tracking

Ideal Candidate:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a senior support role
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to inclusive education and ongoing professional development
