Supply Desk are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Waterlooville

Starting October 2025 on a long-term contract

Pay: andpound;80 - andpound;90 per day

Hours: 08:30 andnbsp;- 15:30

Are you a passionate, enthusiastic and trained HLTA seeking a new role£ Do you have experience working with small groups for English and Math£ Would you be looking to working at an Ofsted andldquo;Goodandrdquo; rated school£

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide whole-class supervision and PPA cover as required.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support individual students and small groups to enhance learning.
• Contribute to curriculum programs and classroom environment.
• Maintain records of pupils'' progress and observations.
• Work independently to support pupils and adapt learning as needed.
• Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies.

Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience (essential)
• UK driving licence (desired)
• Experience supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning, especially those with additional needs
• Warm and approachable team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in leading lessons and stepping in when needed
• A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to take initiative
