Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next rewarding role£ Weandrsquo;re working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Deal, Kent, who are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from October 2025.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, leading small group interventions, and covering classes when required.

As a HLTA, you will:
- Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Support pupils with varying needs across KS1 and KS2
- Lead targeted interventions to boost attainment and engagement
- Work closely with teachers to plan and assess learning activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
£ Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
