Role Details
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Start Date: ASAP / October 2025
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Provide targeted support to students across a range of subjects
• Assist with planning and delivering small group or one-to-one interventions
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Take the lead in classroom activities when required
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support development

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar support role within a secondary school
• A strong interest in helping students achieve academic and personal success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• A proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning
