This provision supports pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. With a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach, the school provides personalised education for children and young people aged 7-19.The Role:We are looking for a dedicated and caring Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the outreach team. In this role, you will support pupils'' learning both in school and in off-site settings, including residential homes or remote learning when required. You will deliver tailored sessions based on individual learning plans and work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure pupils receive consistent support and care.Key Responsibilities:Deliver small group and one-to-one support sessions in line with learning objectivesSupport pupils both in school and off-site, adapting approaches to meet individual needsUse trauma-informed strategies to promote emotional regulation and positive behaviourAssist with planning, preparation of learning materials, and monitoring of pupil progressMaintain effective communication with the teaching team, parents, and carersPromote safeguarding and ensure the welfare ..... full job details .....
