This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team and help establish a positive, nurturing, and ambitious learning environment from day one.The school has been purpose-built to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, delivering a therapeutic and trauma-informed approach to education. It will cater for up to 36 learners across Key Stages 1 to 4, with small class sizes and specialist facilities designed to help every pupil feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.About the RoleAs a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
