The school is diverse and inclusive, with a strong commitment to supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs. The successful HLTA will support high-quality teaching and learning, deliver targeted interventions, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and assist with SEND, behaviour, and classroom management. The role is open to experienced HLTAs and Level 6 Teaching Assistants with a recognised qualification or equivalent.
