Tradewind is seeking proactive HLTAs to support a variety of welcoming primary schools across Birmingham . The Role : Lead whole-class teaching during teacher PPA time and planned absences. Deliver interventions in 1:1 or small-group settings to boost progress in literacy and numeracy. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support development across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. We Are Looking For HLTA Status (essential) or equivalent experience delivering whole-class lessons.
