What can you expect?

As an HLTA, you''ll play an important part in keeping learning engaging, purposeful and accessible. Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading lessons and delivering planned learning activities across the primary age range.
• Providing targeted support to pupils who need additional guidance or encouragement.
• Helping maintain a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel confident to participate.
• Working closely with teachers to support progress and identify areas where pupils may need extra help.
• Encouraging independence, curiosity and positive learning habits.
• Adapting activities to meet pupils'' different abilities and learning needs.
