Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Ashbrook Campus on a full time, term time only basis. About the Role: Working under the direction of teaching staff and the SEND team, you will:Deliver high-quality learning activities across 1:1, small group, and occasionally whole-class settingsProvide dedicated 1:1 support for a named pupil, including supervision throughout the school day (including breaks and lunchtimes)Support the delivery of a personalised, bespoke curriculumAct as a Key Worker, building strong relationships with the pupil, parents, and internal stakeholdersWork closely with the LSCo, SENDCo, and specialist teachers to implement EHCP outcomesProvide enhanced supervision for specific activities (e.g. 2:1 support for swimming or off-site activities)Term time onlyWhy you''ll love working with usAt OneSchool Global, we''re committed to helping our educators grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.
