Long Term Futures is currently seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving secondary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled education professional who is passionate about supporting young people and contributing to high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, you will play a key role in supporting student progress, delivering interventions, and providing classroom cover where required. The successful candidate will be confident managing groups of students, leading pre-planned lessons, and supporting pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential.
