Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to individuals and small groups of 4-5 learnersLead whole-class sessions in the absence of the class teacherAssess, record and report on pupil progress, achievement and developmentDeliver targeted interventions to support pupils with SEND and vulnerable studentsSupervise and mentor junior teaching assistants and support staffAssist with lesson planning and adapt learning activities to meet diverse needs Ideal Candidate Profile: Someone who holds HLTA status or has significant experience working at HLTA level.You will have excellent communication skills, strong behaviour management strategies and the confidence to take initiative in a busy school environment.
