Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, support staff, families and external professionals to provide high-quality, personalised support. The role will involve leading small-group and individual interventions, supporting learning in the classroom and, where appropriate, delivering planned lessons or activities in the absence of the class teacher. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality learning and pastoral support to pupils with a range of additional needs. Lead and deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions in line with pupils'' individual needs and support plans. Support pupils with needs including autism, ADHD, communication and interaction difficulties, learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs. Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO to implement effective support strategies. Contribute to the development and review of individual support plans and EHCP outcomes where appropriate.
