      <description>Location: Bradford | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;130/day | Type: Contract | Job Role: SEN HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)    About the Role   Help children to access learning, develop independence and achieve their full potential. Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, support staff, families and external professionals to provide high-quality, personalised support. The role will involve leading small-group and individual interventions, supporting learning in the classroom and, where appropriate, delivering planned lessons or activities in the absence of the class teacher.   Key Responsibilities    Provide high-quality learning and pastoral support to pupils with a range of additional needs.  Lead and deliver targeted  1:1 and small-group interventions  in line with pupils'' individual needs and support plans.  Support pupils with needs including autism, ADHD, communication and interaction difficulties, learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs.
