The Role Support teaching and learning across educational settings. Work with pupils on a 1:1, small-group and whole-class basis . Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN/SEMH needs . Deliver interventions and learning activities where required. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils. Support behaviour, engagement and individual learning needs. About You Experience working as an HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant . Strong understanding of SEN and/or SEMH needs . Confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. Patient, adaptable and proactive. Able to build positive relationships with children and staff. Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education are desirable.
