      <description>Location: Salisbury | Salary: &amp;pound;28000 - &amp;pound;31500/annum | Type: Permanent | Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)   Salisbury Area   -90 - -120 per day | September 2026 Start | Temp to Perm Opportunity   A welcoming and well-established junior school in the Salisbury area is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September 2026.  This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (6.5-hour day), initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. The role is expected to continue for a minimum of one academic year.   The Role   You will work within a large classroom environment, leading targeted small group interventions and providing additional support to pupils who would benefit from focused teaching. Working closely with class teachers and school leaders, you will play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, make progress and achieve their potential.
