About the Role:
A vibrant secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learning across a range of subjects. This role will involve small group interventions, whole-class support, and delivering pre-planned lessons when teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the teacherandrsquo;s absence
• Support targeted pupils with interventions in literacy and study skills
• Work closely with the SENCO and subject leaders to ensure progress
• Provide 1:1 mentoring to pupils where required

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or strong classroom experience
• Ability to deliver lessons confidently in secondary settings
• Good subject knowledge in English/Humanities desirable
• Excellent communication and resilience
