This role involves taking on additional responsibility, including leading lessons and supporting teaching and learning across the school. Role responsibilities include: Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2 Leading whole-class lessons in the absence of the teacher Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring continuity of learning Working with small groups to provide targeted support Supporting lesson planning and classroom organisation Assisting with assessment and monitoring pupil progress Maintaining a positive and structured learning environment The ideal candidate will have: HLTA status Previous experience working across KS1 and KS2 Confidence in leading a class independently Strong classroom management skills Good communication and teamwork skills A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one Please apply or get in touch for more information.
