Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 pupils. Lead small group sessions and occasional whole-class teaching where required. Support pupils'' learning, progress and classroom engagement. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils'' academic and personal development.
