Simply Education is seeking an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lambeth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive HLTA who is ready to take on extra responsibility, support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2, and make a real difference to pupils'' progress and development.

About the Role:

• Deliver lessons to whole classes in the teacher''s absence
• Support teachers in planning, preparation, and assessment
• Lead small group interventions and targeted support
• Work with pupils across KS1 and KS2 to raise attainment
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We''re Looking For:

• HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
• Previous classroom experience, ideally across KS1 and KS2
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Ability to lead learning confidently and adapt to pupils'' needs
• A team player committed to the wider school community
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children''s welfare
