We are seeking a dedicated and degree-qualified  Humanities HLTA  to join a nurturing Alternative Provision in Accrington. This is not a standard classroom role; you will be working with students who have faced barriers to learning in mainstream education, helping them re-engage with the world through the lens of Humanities.   The Role   In this role, you won''t just be a "helper"-you will be a leader of learning. You will:     Deliver Humanities:  Lead and deliver engaging lessons across History, Geography, and Religious Education.     Targeted Support:  Work with small, focused groups of up to 5 students, allowing for high-impact, personalised instruction.
