This is not a standard classroom role; you will be working with students who have faced barriers to learning in mainstream education, helping them re-engage with the world through the lens of Humanities.The RoleIn this role, you won''t just be a "helper"-you will be a leader of learning. You will:Deliver Humanities: Lead and deliver engaging lessons across History, Geography, and Religious Education.Targeted Support: Work with small, focused groups of up to 5 students, allowing for high-impact, personalised instruction.Remove Barriers: Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs or SEND, using a trauma-informed approach.Collaborate: Work 5 days a week as a core part of a multi-disciplinary team to monitor progress and celebrate student success.What We Are Looking ForAcademic Background: A Degree-level qualification (Humanities preferred) is essential.Subject Interest: A genuine "fire" for Humanities and the ability to make global issues relevant to our students.Resilience: The ability to remain calm and supportive in a challenging ..... full job details .....
