Are you an experienced HLTA ready to take the next step in your education career? We are working with a welcoming primary school in Hackney Borough that is looking to appoint a confident and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting pupils across the primary age range and is confident delivering lessons when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher.

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre-planned resources.

• Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups to raise attainment.

• Work closely with teaching staff to help plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.

• Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive classroom environment.

About You:

• HLTA status or significant experience in a similar role.

• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

• Confidence in managing a classroom independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A flexible, enthusiastic approach and a passion for supporting children''s development.
