Supporting young people aged 11-19 with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), you''ll play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you''ll deliver targeted interventions, support learning across the curriculum, lead small group sessions and, where appropriate, provide classroom cover.
