Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Orchard school- Lufton, Yeovil Hours: 37.5 hours per week, term time Salary: £24,518.85 per annum The Orchard is a small and unique specialist provision, nestled in amongst the woodlands on the outskirts of Yeovil. We are experiencing growth in our student numbers and are seeking dedicated, highly skilled and creative HLTA to join our team. Class sizes are very small and the team works closely together to ensure the learning experience is as connected and meaningful for the students as possible. The school: The Orchard is an independent, DfE registered co-educational day school, providing specialist education for up to 20 students, aged 11 - 18 years. We support young people who have suffered trauma, so use a trauma informed and therapeutic approach.
