Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated  Behaviour Specialist HLTA  to support Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.  You will be working within an  OFSTED-rated ''Good'' Alternative Provision  located in Preston, serving the wider Chorley area. In this role, you will deliver a range of engaging lessons while managing small groups of up to 8 pupils, maintaining a supportive and structured environment.
